LHCb Off Detector Data Acquisition Board

TELL1 is a specific acquisition board developed for the requirements of the LHCb experiment and is used by essentially all sub-detectors in the experiment. The functionality of the board implemented is strongly driven by the fast event rate of 1.11MHz given by the maximal L0 acceptance rate.
